As a Creative Assistant to the General Manager at Expressions, a leading jewelry retailer in Estonia with a dozen stores across the country, I utilized my skills in product photography, Photoshop, Illustrator, marketing design, advertising and social media asset creation to support the company's growth and success. My responsibilities included populating and managing their e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing shopping experience for customers. Recognizing opportunities for improvement, I initiated and completed several operational projects and training that led to significant enhancements in efficiency and accuracy. These projects included: + Overhauling the reorder process to increase accuracy and reduce time spent on filling orders. + Implementing a new warehouse storage management system to streamline inventory control. + Developing smarter discount operations to accommodate the growing business scale. + Designing and implementing ergonomic workstations to improve employee comfort and productivity. *Lapsehoolduspuhkusel As an in-house designer at All41 Studios, my role encompasses a diverse range of multimedia projects within the game design team, with a primary focus on marketing-related tasks for slot games brands. My responsibilities include creating game icons, banners, and promotional videos to introduce games in operator lobbies, as well as developing materials to support the sales process with operators. The role involved inventing the workflow and documenting the instructions. In addition to creating visually engaging assets for slot games, I have also been involved in corporate marketing design, producing materials such as t-shirts, banners, event posters, internal communications, mailers, and newsletters. This experience has allowed me to contribute to the company's overall branding and identity. I have conceptualized four games, gaining valuable insights into the development process and further expanding my skillset. To share my knowledge and experience, I have created and presented two in-house courses on slot game branding, drawing from my background in branding, marketing, behavioral science, and real-world risk management. My work at All41 Studios has also involved creating and maintaining the studio's website design, managing WordPress websites, and organizing Confluence content. I have developed several in-house tools and templates using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to streamline our workflow. Furthermore, I have played a significant role in a large-scale UI/UX competitor research project, which has informed our design strategies and enhanced our products.
